I apologize to all my fans.  JS and MD have been having me work extremely hard.  I never realized it had been a month since I had posted.  I’m such a bad blogger.  Being a TFR specialist is very time consuming.

I wanted to post the newest saying from the blue flame so here it is.

JS took a pic of me with MD in front of the pink fountain for breast cancer awareness month weeks ago, but she hasnt’ unloaded it yet.  I’ll try to harass her to do it this weekend.

Happy Labor Day!

JS decided I had better get my nashville blog done before MD comes back and wonders if I got my picture taken anywhere or not.  JS, her mom and I went to nashville to go to the quilters conference.  We got to see lots and lots of quilts that other people had made.  Saw and bought from lots of vendors.  On the way down I had a suitcase all to myself. On the way home I had to crowd into JS’s purse since all suitcases were filled. 

The first day we spent a couple of hours walking around the Gaylord Opryland Hotel.  This complex is HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first picture is of JS and MD’s former co-worker KG.  They all had dinner inside the hotel complex at a place called Rusty’s.  After dinner we sat in the Magnolia (Section of hotel where JS was staying) and chatted for hours.  At the end I reminded the ladies I had to have my picture taken with KG since everyone still talks about her at work.

The second is outside some of the stores in the Cascade section of the hotel.  These horses were just standing there and I said hey i want my picture taken with them.  I’m kinda small compared to them.  But I thought they were soooooooo cute.

The last night we went to the Grand Ole Opry and saw Josh Gracin and Sawyer Brown.  There were a bunch other performers but these are the ones that are more of a household name……………..there is a picture of me at the sign to the grand ole opry but it’s still on js’s phone and she hasn’t unloaded it.

Well back to work tomorrow.  Another month end grumbles JS.  She keeps asking me why if I am such a talanted dog I’m working for pennies.  I should be making her more money so she can open her own business.  I just woof at her and rub up against her legs.

Evening all!  I had a great weekend. Went to Charleston WV with MD to visit her nephew.  She took pictures but they are still on the camera with our Erie pictures.  Eventually she will give them to JS to post.

Weds morning JS and her mom are leaving for Nashville to go to a quilters conference.  Of course I will be going with them to make sure they behave.  Cant’ wait to go to the Grand ole opry and go to quilters classes.  These kind of vacations are so relaxing for me because I can sleep in JS’s purse while she goes around.  Not like work where I have to stay alert at all times.

So this will be my last blog for a few days (yes JS knows she doesnt’ let me post often enough).  Final thought before I leave for vacation is what I saw on the blue flame sign as JS flew by on her way home this evening.

JS says she thinks the Blue Flame person must work with us because most of the sayings fit……..lol

MD asked JS why she hadn’t let me on the computer lately and JS just acted guilty so she said I could play on the computer tonight.  She’s really been hogging it lately.

So here is my thought of the day.  This is courtesy of the waitress at Blue Flame Restaurant.

Meet the newest employee of JS.  His name is Emerson.  He is a data security expert.  His job is to protect everything in JS’s office and her computer.

He looks a little weird but he’s suppose to be good at his job.  At lunch when JS went out I tried to play solitaire (the world known game of accountants) and Emerson yelled at me.  I was shocked.  JS came back petted me and said sorry and explained to Emerson that I am allowed on her computer.  I would probably go into some kind of withdrawal if I didnt’ get to play solitaire at work!

MD just thinks Emerson is a paper creature and that JS has lost her marbles, but I know she’s not.  Emerson is a cool thing.

Sorry folks, JS and I have been so busy at work we have not had time to blog about the last part of our trip.

So Monday like I said we went to see Louie Anderson.  Tuesday morning, JS and PS went on a quilters tour.  A very nice lady picked them up at the hotel and took them around to local fabric stores so they could spend money…………<woof>

When they got back they had to hunt Aunt KR down because she was in the casino. They all played some more slots, but didnt’ have as much luck as before.  They did all get free dinners from all the points on their players card.

Tuesday evening we spent packing to head home.  Weds morning was a really really early morning and it made the day even longer.  It is beyond my puppy brain you leave Vegas at 9:00 AM and it’s like 8 hours home <<<woof woof woof<<< enough to make me curl up and sleep for days!

Oh well we’ve been home now and I cant’ wait til August when we head to Nashville for a few days.  Will try to blog on and off.  If you all want click on the little box in this message to subscribe if JS hasnt’ already sent you a confirmation email.  This way you can get a message telling you I’ve posted.  Is that not a great feature!

I’m going to try and do this blog quick because JS held me up to the window and it’s about to storm badly.

So the ladies decided to do some casino hopping on Monday.  The went down to MGM and walked around.  They could have gone in to see some CBS promotional TV stuff but they decided they’d rather gamble.  I think JS and her aunt were doing really good.  At least I saw them stuffing money into their purses.

Then we went to the Luxor where we had the buffet.  I luv buffets because JS is always passing me food to eat.  Then we went to gamble there too.  The luxor is egyptian in nature.  The whole hotel looks like a pyrmid.   This is a picture in the one level.

I never knew they had starbuck coffee stores in the deserts of egypt……….<woof woof woof>

When we came back we rested for a little bit and went and just ate at mcdees again.  JS got pizzahut and let me have some of the crust.  Only problem we ran into was the elevators to that level were down and the security men had to take us down hallways behind kitchens to get to the level we needed to be.  I felt like a star or something being taken the back way…….hehehehh <woof woof woof>

So the reason we did that was so that we could go see Louie Anderson.  He was soooooo funny!!!!!!!!!!  His performance went by way to quickly.  He took pictures with all the guests that attended.  JS said no to me because we would have had to buy the pic and it was very very expensive.

So afterwards to cheer me up she said if my idol was out she would get my picture with him.  And he WAS!  I saw him hanging out at this bar called dick’s and was so glad he was there that night.  So here he is…………. my rock n roll idol of all time…………………….

IT’S ELVIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AS IN ELVIS HAS JUST LEFT THE BUILDING, NOTHING BUT A HOUND DOG <wooof woooof woof>>>>>>>>

So that was our Monday night!  I think that is the last of the pics but I’ll blog one more time at least on this subject to wrap up the last two days of vaca!
